No Returns or Refunds.

All purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Kindly ensure your selection is made with confidence before checkout.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 2 days of order delivery, strictly due to hygiene considerations.
Items must be returned by the customer; shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.If the replacement item is priced higher, the difference must be settled prior to dispatch.
If the replacement item is priced lower, the remaining amount will be refunded via bank transfer.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition
All original packaging must be intact
Items showing evidence of wear, damage, bleach exposure, or perfume use will not qualify.

Tarnish-Free Guarantee

For tarnish-free chains or charms, we offer a one-time free replacement if tarnishing occurs within 1 month of purchase.
Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence may be requested
This guarantee is valid only if the item has not been exposed to bleach or perfumes

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us via Instagram DM @rudeisrare, and our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
